How much will postage cost? TOP
Ozecraft sends Registered Post only unless otherwise stated. We will happily give you a quote on postage - please send your postcode. How soon will my order be sent? TOP
Usually within 48 hours after your payment has been cleared. Allowances should be made for weekends & Public Holidays.
The main thing that holds orders up is giving the wrong-
Credit card number
Expiry date
CVC number
AND not having enough funds available.
What is your Policy on returns? TOP
We take great care in describing items we list, including measurements so you shouldn't have any problems if you have read the descriptions carefully
We wouldn't refund if you ordered 3 metres of lace & want to send some back for a refund.
There is no refunds on books or magazines.
CDs will be replaced in the event of 1 that may not work but a refund will not be given. How do I know how to use the dyes? TOP

Ozecraft is for natural fibres only - you lace probably was Polyester or Nylon or had a high content of either of these components.
You could try Ozepol I have a Pink dress - can I dye it Black? TOP
Neither Ozecraft or Ozepol are recommeded for use on ready made clothing .
Like most dyes the desired result may not be achieved.
